New Toto has, BY FAR, the largest selection, the most detailed and honest descriptions of the fabrics, and the best sample policy of any company I found in my search. As others have said, ordering swatches was painless, they arrived within days, and the samples are decently sized and clearly labeled. Other companies charged as much as $5 a swatch (you could buy half to a yard of fabric for that!) plus shipping, and not only are your sample swatches free, but since you don't ask for reimbursement of shipping costs, it makes it much easier to order them than for other web orders because you don't have the hassle of finding and providing credit card info. It's the kind of customer service one sees precious little of these days! It really does make such a difference to see these swatches -- not only for true color, but for nuances such as the size of the weave or pattern, the sheen, and the general feeling of the fabric.
